A fine Georgian console table / side table of rectangular form, the stunning marble featuring a beautifully figured Rosso Verona marble top resting on a finely carved base. The frieze is deeply pierced with an intricate foliate scrollwork design, bordered by lotus and palmette motifs. The six tapering square-section legs are decorated with elaborate latticework and drop pendant motifs, terminating in robust pad block feet, each adorned with stylized acanthus and foliate carvings.
