A superb centre piece in the Louis XVI style. The shallow lobed ogee bowl shaped receiver with lappest cast deep rim below a fluted swept top with laurel wreath border with flambeau finial cover, raised on acanthus scrolling drapery hung triparite supports surmounted with drop ring lions masks united by a reeded central collar, the circular base platform with guilloche border centred by a acanthus finial knop.
